The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Regulates the starting basic fee for only the Solemnization of a Marriage:
IN TOWN (LYNN): Starts @150-200
OUT-OF-TOWN: Starts @$275
Other fees may be incurred for consultations, rehearsals, customizations, and parking. A deposit of $75 is required to reserve your date and time. I am available for small, intimate weddings in your home or mine. You will be guaranteed satisfaction by hiring a professional and reliable Justice of the Peace.

About Me
About Me
I met my husband Dominic at the age of thirty-nine, and we married in July of 2004. We have been married for 20 years, and he is truly my very best friend. I decided to become a Justice of the Peace because I believe in love, enjoy public speaking, and I have worked in the wedding industry for over 30 years.
My Services
Consultation: This time is spent discussing the context of the wedding and all that it implies. I take the time to listen to my clients' wishes and make suggestions about elements of the ceremony you may not be aware of.
Customized Vows: I have beautiful vows to choose from or can pick the appropriate one for you.
Rehearsal: A very important part of a venue wedding to make the bridal party aware of their roles and what is expected of them. This can include the processional and recessional order, run-through of the readings, vows, and any special ceremonies.
Ceremony: I will perform a lovely, romantic, heartfelt ceremony for the special couple creating an intimate atmosphere in whatever area you choose. I will include reminders via emails, texts, or phone to confirm your rehearsal and ceremony.
The Marriage License is required by your rehearsal date or prior to the ceremony that day if no rehearsal is needed.
Note: If you cannot produce your license I cannot perform your ceremony.
What Are The Marriage Requirements?
The only requirement for a marriage ceremony is a valid Massachusetts marriage license.
How do we obtain a Marriage License in Massachusetts?
Together you must go to any city or town clerk in Massachusetts to file your intentions to marry. You must show the clerk a valid form of identification. Expect to pay a fee of twenty to fifty dollars to the City Clerk. You must wait three days to PICK UP your marriage license. You do not have to go to the city or town in which you reside, and you do not have to prove residency.
Your officiant must complete the license and return it to the city or town where it was issued. That is the only place where your license will be registered.
You can go back to the clerk about ten days after the ceremony to obtain certified copies to use.
